I even offered to use a commercial adhesive to make sure they never move, but the state did not want it that permanent. In SC, the state has requested the system be located on the roof away from the little kids, so there is less chance they will bother it. We have also asked that each summer when the VCRs are removed from the busses that the county add another 4 screws per bus just in case.
